From April to October there are one or two cruises almost daily. A cruise takes about an hour.<\/p>\n

Due to the Coronavirus, a maximum of 60 people per canal can be taken on for the time being.<\/p>\n

The rate is \u20ac 12.50 per person, but (max. 4) children up to and including 5 years old can join for free.<\/u><\/p>\n

The boat departs and arrives at the berth at the \u201cDankzij Terminal\u201d<\/strong> at Sluisplein No. 78 or the so-called \u201cKop van de harbour\u201d. The mooring is at the fisherman’s monument of the man with the lantern. Our \u201cHaven & Noordzee\u201dcruise is an educational and adventurous cruise through the ports of IJmuiden and, weather permitting, along the North Sea coast. The tour takes us past the fish auction, the lifeboats, the fishing ships, the German submarine bunker from the Second World War and the nautical control tower.<\/p>\n

An adventurous trip along ports and the North Sea<\/b>
\nThe tour continues along Fort Island, the locks of IJmuiden, Hoogovens and the piers, after which we finally arrive at the vast North Sea. In favorable weather we sail into the North Sea, in the direction of Zandvoort or Wijk aan Zee. During the voyage, the skipper provides an explanation of the ins and outs in the ports. The boat trip takes about an hour. Upon return, a diploma is awarded on behalf of Neptune.<\/p>\n
