During the Second World War it was part of the Atlantic Wall. On the public days mentioned below experienced guides will be happy to show you around this impressive fortifications.<\/p>\n<p>We offer two different excursions to the Fort Island: with or without a boat trip. Below you can read more about the options. Due to corona measures, there are no guides to accompany you, but you are allowed to walk around the Fort Island yourself. There is one-way traffic. Points of interest have a QR code.<\/p>\n<p>You can enjoy a <strong>home-grown snack<\/strong> and drink in the dome room of the fort or on the adjoining outdoor terrace.
